shipping & returens

All orders that are to be returned must be returned in original packaging and must have all the instructional material, warranty card and the like as received. Items that are to be returned must be returned within 15 days from the date that you received the merchandise. Items that reveal a magical secret can only be returned if merchandise was received defective. In such case an identical replacement item will be shipped at our expense once the defective item is returned. Any merchandise that is to be returned must have a Return Authorization Number before it will be accepted by our company. In order to receive your return authorization number you must email us at tirofoginc@comcast.net and inform us of the item you want to return and a brief description of why you are returning the item. Please put the words "RETURN ITEM" in the subject line of your email. Once we receive your information we will promptly email you a Return Authorization Number which you must display on the outside of your package. All shipping charges will be paid by the customer when returning an item except for merchandise that was received defective. A credit will be issued for all returned merchandise when we receive the merchandise. Credit for return shipping charges will only be issued for items that were returned because merchandise was received defective. Understand that shipping charges will be paid by the customer when a replacement item is shipped to you just as you would have if it was the first time you ordered the item.
